Windows 7 has different wallpapers for different regions like US, UK and Australia. A standard Windows 7 installation will unlock only the wallpapers (or themes) meant for one region.
To get the wallpapers of every other region, you’ll either have to roll up your sleeves and get muddy in windows settings or you can simply download it all as a rar file here.
These wallpapers have been released by the Vista Magazine Blog with the permission of Microsoft. You can also visit this page and download individual wallpaper.
